We have been closely monitoring the rapid spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) across our country in recent days and after hearing Governor Cuomo’s update today, we will be temporarily closing both our Brooklyn and Long Island bridal boutiques starting Sunday March 22^nd.  We expect to reopen both locations by Wednesday, April 15^th.  Our main priorities continue to be the safety and well-being of our customers and employees.  We must all come together as a community and do our part to #FlattentheCurve. 

Both stores will be open this Saturday, March 21st for any last-minute pickups. We will have very limited staff so please set up an appointment so that we can prepare your gown in advance.  If you have an appointment with us during this temporary closure, we will reach out to you to reschedule.  Although we will be closed to the public, we hope to continue to receive and process shipments as well as answer any of your questions or concerns. At Lotus Bridal, the safety and well-being of our customers and employees remain our top priority.  As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to affect our communities, we have taken immediate measures to ensure we are continuing to deliver the level of quality, excellence and timeliness you are accustomed to from us during these unique circumstances.    

We are closely following the guidelines and recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).  We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing both our Brooklyn and Mineola locations as well as stocked both stores with the necessary cleaning supplies.  All Lotus Bridal employees have been trained on precautionary health measures, including washing their hands frequently and the importance of staying home if they are showing any signs of illness. 

We do implore our customers to reschedule their appointments with us if they're showing any signs of illness or have been in contact with someone who has.  As a community, we can all join together to slow the spread of this outbreak by being responsible, using common sense and washing your hands!  Let’s all work together to flatten the curve and help save lives and protect our community and loved ones. 

Many Lotus Brides have been reaching out to check on the status of their orders amid the Coronavirus outbreak and we are happy to say that so far, we have not experienced any significant delays.  We are in close communication with all our designers weekly to ensure that our customers' wedding gowns are on target.  We will continue to monitor the deliveries and will reach out to you directly if we are informed of any delays. 

We have heard that many brides who require a dress immediately have difficulty finding it.  Hopefully, Lotus Bridal can save the day!  We carry an extensive selection of sample sale gowns in our Mineola location that can be purchased the same day and also carry designers who have an amazing selection of in stock gowns.  If you’re in a pinch, please reach out to us so we can help you find your dream wedding gown!
